351.19 SIZE OF VEHICLES IN DOWNTOWN; MOPED AND MOTORCYCLE AREAS.

   (a)    In areas marked in "Compact Car Parking Only" no person shall park a vehicle measuring more than fifteen feet bumper to bumper.

   (b)    Regular parking spaces are designed for vehicles which measure no longer than nineteen feet six inches from bumper to bumper. No person shall park a vehicle greater than nineteen feet six inches bumper to bumper in such parking spaces.

   (c)    Certain areas designated by signs will be for the exclusive parking of motorcycles and mopeds and no person shall park any other type of vehicle in such areas. No moped or motorcycle shall be parked or ridden on any sidewalk in the City.

   (d)    Whoever violates this section has committed a parking infraction, as that term is defined by Section 355.01 of the Codified Ordinances, and is subject to the procedures, fines, fees, costs and expenses set forth in Chapter 355 of the Codified Ordinances.
