351.06 SELLING, WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE UPON ROADWAY.

   (a)   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:

      (1)    Displaying such vehicle for sale;

      (2)    Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by an emergency.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section has committed a parking infraction, as that term is defined by Section 355.01 of the Codified Ordinances, and is subject to the procedures, fines, fees, costs and expenses set forth in Chapter 355 of the Codified Ordinances.
