1125.08 EXCEPTIONS FOR NON-CONFORMING RESIDENTIAL USES.
   (a)    Any expansion of non-conforming residential uses shall be required to meet the front yard, rear yard, side yard, and lot coverage restrictions as established for the R-3 District as described in Appendix "A" of this chapter.
   (b)    Non-conforming residential uses shall be required to meet all other standards or restrictions as established for the applicable Zoning District as described in Appendix "A" of this chapter.
