(a) Unless otherwise herein permitted, the minimum depth of front and rear yards and the minimum width of side yards shall be no less than as established for each Zoning District as described in Appendix "A" of this chapter.
(b) In all districts, building shall either be connected by a common fire wall, or be at least eight (8) feet apart, or a minimum of five (5) feet from the property line, whichever is greater.

(c) Porches and decks shall comply with the minimum yard setbacks as set forth in Appendix “A” of this chapter.
(d) Portable buildings, canopies, etc., must be located in rear or side yards and must maintain a ten foot setback from any lot line. On corner lots these structures may not project beyond the minimum front yard setback along the streets.
