(a) Unless otherwise herein provided, any lot within the City shall have a minimum width as established for each Zoning District as described in Appendix "A" of this chapter.
(b) In no case shall any lot in the City be less than fifty (50) feet in width.
(c) Any lot within the City shall have a minimum depth of 120 feet.
