903.01 COMPLIANCE WITH CITY SPECIFICATIONS.

No person shall construct, replace, repair or cause to be replaced or repaired any curbs, gutters or sidewalks on any public ways within the City which do not comply with the following specifications, or with the rules established by the City pursuant to Section 903.06.
