(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any party who violates § 34.03(D) shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $1,000, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof, shall be committed to the county prison for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day’s continuance of this offense shall constitute a new offense.
