§ 92.40 BURNING OF MATERIALS GENERATED BY A COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL OR OTHER SIMILAR NONRESIDENTIAL USE.
   Notwithstanding anything in this subchapter, no open burning is permitted of any materials generated by a commercial, industrial or other similar nonresidential use, including, but not limited to, any materials from the salvaging, construction and/or demolition of any structure.
