(A) Prevention of spillage. Any person transporting solid waste within the township shall prevent or remedy any spillage from vehicles or containers used in the transport of such solid waste.
(B) Reporting requirements.
(1) Any person transporting solid waste within the township shall file a report with the township on a quarterly basis detailing the quantity of items recycled.
(2) Failure by a collector to timely file any report shall subject said collector to the penalties hereinafter noted in § 50.99.
