All township or other assets set aside to provide for pension benefits under this pension plan or any prior plan of benefits for police officers shall be held in the pension fund. All pension benefits paid to members and terminated members shall be paid from the pension fund. Required contributions as described in § A261-51, annual appropriations of the township, payments from the Commonwealth Treasurer and all other funding sources shall be paid into the pension fund.
