The amount of required contributions that each member shall pay, monthly, into the pension fund shall not exceed the maximum annual amount set by Act 600 or the member's salary, or the annual compensation limit under Internal Revenue Code Section 401(a)(17) as further described in § A261-35 herein. The amount of required contributions shall be set by resolution by the Board of Commissioners in accordance with an existing collective bargaining agreement which shall have been initially established based upon actuarial recommendations. The amount of required contributions is set forth in Schedule A attached hereto which may be amended from time to time as a result of collective bargaining negotiations.
