No vehicle having more than one rear axel and an empty vehicle weight of more than 8,000 pounds shall park or stop on any town street or alley, except for the purpose of making deliveries or picking up goods. Said vehicles making deliveries or picking up goods shall park within 50 feet of the site of the delivery or pickup and shall not remain stopped for more than two hours.
