The golf cart must be equipped with two operating headlights (one on each side of the front of the golf cart), taillights (one on each side of the rear of the golf cart) visible from a distance of 500 feet, brake lights, turn signals, rear view mirror and slow moving vehicle placard shall be prominently displayed on the rear of the golf cart.
