(B) No person, firm or corporation shall park or cause to be parked any road tractor or semi-trailer upon the stress, bridges or alleys within the town.
(C) The restrictions on operating and parking road tractors and semi-trailers set forth in divisions (A) and (B) above shall not be applicable to road tractors and semi-trailers delivering or picking up goods and property at places not located on designated and marked town truck routs; provided, such road tractors and semi-trailers are only operated by the shortest way possible between the designed and marked town truck route and the place of delivery or pickup or as otherwise directed by a police officer and that a reasonable time is used for the pickup or delivery of goods in questions. The restriction set out is not applicable to refuse or garbage trucks regularly operating within the town while in the process of picking up refuse and garbage from the residences and business places within the town.

(F) This section does not effect the use of any state highway or state maintained route within the town by trucks and buses for any lawful purpose, and those vehicles may use the route for passing through the town or for parking unless that use is further restricted by the state’s Department of Highways.
