§ 151.06 PROVISION OF SERVICES BY TOWN.
   The town shall provide services necessary to clean out all existing driveway culvert tubes as needed and in the event a driveway culvert tube size is insufficient or has become damaged in anyway, the process set forth in § 151.05 of this chapter shall be followed by the homeowner and the town.
