If any installation, repair or replacement of storm water facilities at an existing residence is required to correct the flow of storm water, the homeowner shall allow a driveway culvert tube to be installed in a size to be determined by the town’s Storm Water Superintendent/Utilities Manager and the town shall provide the labor, culvert tube and stone to install the necessary culvert tube. However, in the event any concrete, asphalt or other hard surface driveway is disturbed by the installation, repair or replacement of the driveway culvert tube, the homeowner shall bare the cost of repair to the homeowner’s driveway surface.
