§ 93.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions and regulations of § 93.01 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine in a sum of not less than $50 and not exceeding $100.

   (C)   Violation of any of the provisions of § 93.02 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the sum of $50 for the first violation and $100 for each additional violation. Each day any violation of § 93.02 of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
