(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any property owner that mows his, her, their or its property, after being issued a written notice in accordance with §§ 92.01 through 92.07 of this chapter, for the second time within any two-month period, for the same real estate, shall be assessed a minimum administrative fee of $25. All such administrative fees shall be in addition to other fees paid in accordance with §§ 92.01 through 92.07 of this chapter and shall be remitted within ten days to the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office to be placed in the General Fund.
