For purposes of this subchapter, WEEDS, GRASS AND RANK VEGETATION are defined as grass, weeds, volunteer plants, shrubs, bushes and/or other vegetation growth not planted or cultivated (excepting trees, flowers, garden vegetables and agricultural crops, such as hay and pasture) exceeding six inches in height on residential and commercial property or undeveloped non-residential property at a height exceeding 16 inches.
