§ 92.03 DUTY OF OWNER TO PREVENT GROWTH.
   It shall be the duty of every owner of real estate located in the town to prevent weeds, grass and rank vegetation from growing on his, her, its or their real estate to a height exceeding six inches in height on residential or commercial property or undeveloped non-residential property at a height exceeding 16 inches.
