It shall be the duty of anyone acting as an inspector for the City, to secure the compliance and adherence required by Sections 1068.02 and 1068.03, by any person engaged in such work or activity, and to that end such inspector shall reject and refuse to accept any work which departs from the required standards or methods and he or she shall require any improper or rejected work to be replaced or done over so as to meet and comply with the applicable ordinance, code, plans, details, standards or specifications.
