Pursuant to the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, the Oregon Drinking Water Quality Act of 1981 and Chapter 333, Division 61 of the Oregon Administrative Rules, it is the responsibility of the City of Union to protect its drinking water by instituting and enforcing a cross-connection program, and by adopting this subchapter under the authority of O.R.S. Chapter 448.
