§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, persons, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 111.20 through 111.27 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than $5, or more than $100.
