§ 50.041 REPAIRS.
   Approved backflow prevention assemblies found not to be functioning properly shall be repaired, replaced or re-plumbed as required by the Public Works Superintendent. The repair, replacement or re-plumbing shall be at the expense of the water user or owner of the premises.
