§ 50.01 WASTE RECEPTACLES.

(A) From this point forward any and all waste receptacles shall only be allowed to remain within fifty (50) feet of a city street from Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. until Friday at 12 a.m. midnight.

(B) The waste receptacles shall be in acceptable containers (firmly covered) so to prevent loss of the trash/refuge/waste due to wind, storms or animal attacks.
