§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   Each separate violation of this chapter is hereby classified as a misdemeanor offense and designated as a violation, for which there is hereby imposed a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence.
