(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not exceeding $500.
(B) In the event that the property owner erects an awning or sign in violation of § 95.33 the owner may be fined in an amount of $25 to $100.
(C) In the event that any person excavates an area in or near any sidewalk in the city and fails to enclose the excavation as required by § 95.34, that person may be fined in an amount of $25 to $100.
