§ 95.33 AWNING, SIGNS OVER SIDEWALK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or construct an awning unless the lowest edge of the awning is at least seven feet above the sidewalk and the awning does not extend a distance which exceeds one-half of the width of the sidewalk. Each awning shall be supported, without posts, by iron brackets or by iron framework, firmly attached to the building.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain a sign which extends over any sidewalk within five feet of a line that is perpendicular to the curb or any portion of which is less than ten feet above the sidewalk.
