(A) In order to facilitate the cleaning of certain streets and to expedite the free flow of vehicular traffic, no person shall park a motor vehicle on any street designated herein at such times as the United States Weather Bureau records indicate that two inches of snow have fallen and that there is a prospect of a further snow fall or when the Mayor of the City has otherwise declared a snow emergency. All motor vehicles parked prior to the time weather conditions prohibit parking must be immediately removed by the owners or operators thereof after the foregoing conditions are deemed to exist. Any motor vehicle parked in violation of this prohibition shall be removed at the order of the Chief of Police or his designee. The owner of a vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to fines as provided by § 72.99.
(B) The streets where parking is prohibited as set out in the preceding paragraph are as follows: Howard Street from Railroad Tracks to Hickory Street Columbia Street from Railroad Tracks to Division, Union Street from Pearl Street to Oak Street, Oak Street from Plum Street to State Line, Pearl Street from Plum Street to State Line.
