§ 72.35 IMPOUNDMENT.

In addition to the provisions of § 70.99, any police officer, upon discovering any vehicle parked or stopped in violation of this traffic code, may remove said vehicle or cause it to be removed by private towing contractors approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety, to their vehicle impoundment sites.
