§ 72.21 NO-PARKING ZONES.
   The portions of the streets described in Chapter 76 Schedule II are hereby designated as no-parking zones. When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this traffic code are erected, no person shall park a vehicle on the side of the street at the times designated in said schedule.
