The Common Council is authorized to mark off parking stalls on any streets in the municipality. Any operator desiring to park on any street so marked off for parking purposes, shall park in accordance with such markings. Any rules and regulations promulgated by the Safety Committee shall become a part of, and become enforceable under the appropriate penal provisions of this traffic code.
