§ 50.05 PLACEMENT OF NON-SUBSCRIPTION NEWSPAPERS AND ADVERTISING FLIERS.
   All non-subscription newspapers and advertising fliers shall be placed at or on the following locations of each residence and business in the city:
   (A)   A newspaper receptacle container located adjacent to the street; or
   (B)   The front porch of a residence.
