§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   (1)   It is unlawful for any person or business to use the container of another person or business or any city owned receptacle for the disposal of trash, garbage, rubbish or yard waste. It shall be the responsibility of the owner or occupier of the property of the location violated to notify the police of such violation.
      (2)   Any person who violates §§ 50.21 through 50.27 or permits any other person to commit a violation of §§ 50.21 through 50.27 shall be subject to a fine of $50.
      (3)   Any owner or occupier of a premises who fails to maintain the property in accordance with §§ 50.21 through 50.27 shall be subject to a fine of $50.
      (4)   It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully upset or overturn or take any receptacle or container for trash or garbage.
      (5)   Each day that such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate violation for which the owner or occupier of the property shall be subject to a fine as set out in this section.
