1341.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each day the violation continues. If the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a violation of any provision of this Chapter, then whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
