1341.06 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

The administration of these regulations shall be under the jurisdiction of the Board of Zoning Appeals as provided under Union Codified Ordinances, Title Five - Zoning Administration. Enforcement shall be the responsibility of the Enforcement Officer designated by the City Manager or the City Manager's designee.
