The collection of solid waste and rubbish shall be provided to all residences within the City and residences serviced by the City for a collection fee as follows:
October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 | $19.64 |
October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 | $20.89 |
October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 | $22.22 |
October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 | $23.64 |
October 1, 2027 through September 30, 2028 | $25.16 |
Which shall be billed starting October 1, 2023 as a separate charge by the utilities department. A delayed payment charge of ten percent (10%) of each month’s fee shall be added to that month’s billing if not paid within ten days of when due. The delayed payment charge shall be in addition to the penalties provided by Section 741.99 of the solid waste collection code.
