§ 9.04.120 PROCEDURES FOR SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Before considering the suspension or revocation of any license issued under this Chapter, the City Manager shall give the licensee an opportunity to appear before the City Manager and be heard in relation to any matter under investigation. The licensee shall be notified in writing of the time and place of the hearing or investigation. The licensee may appeal the decision of the City Manager under the procedures set forth in § 9.04.060.
