§ 9.04.110 GROUNDS FOR SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
   (A)   The City Manager may revoke or suspend any license where the City Manager determines that the licensee is conducting the activity licensed in a manner which violates an ordinance or regulation of the City, or has operated the business licensed in any manner detrimental to the public health, morals or welfare.
   (B)   The City Manager may revoke or suspend any license for fraud or misrepresentation in its procurement, or for a violation of any City ordinance or any federal or state statute.
   (C)   The City Manager may revoke or suspend any license where the licensee has engaged in conduct prohibited by §§ 9.04.050 or 9.04.060.
