705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Whoever transports for hire, junk, refuse, garbage or other waste material in any manner over and upon any street, alley, road, park-way, park drive or public highway within the corporation limits of the City, shall be required to secure a license for hauling from the Director of Public Service at a cost of one hundred dollars ($100.00).

705.02 FEE.
   The cost of license described in Section 705.01 shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per vehicle and shall be issued for a period of one year. No person or corporation for hire shall be permitted to use any of the public streets, alleys, roads, park drives, park-ways or public highways, within the corporation limits of the City, until such license is secured. The license fee herein collected shall be paid into the General Fund of the City.

705.99 PENALTY.
   Any person found guilty of hauling without a permit or violating any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
