1149.04  UNCERTAINTY OF BOUNDARY LOCATION.
   Where uncertainty may exist relative to the boundaries of the various districts as shown on the Official Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
   (a)   Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center line of streets, alleys or highways shall be construed to follow the centerlines;
   (b)   Boundaries indicated as approximately following platted lot lines shall be construed as following such lot lines;
   (c)   Boundaries indicated as approximately following the Corporation line of the City of Uhrichsville, Ohio shall be construed as following such Corporation line;
   (d)   Boundaries indicated as following railroad tracks shall be construed to be midway between the tracks;
   (e)   Boundaries indicated as approximately following the center line of streams, rivers, canals, lakes or other bodies of water shall be construed to follow such center lines; and in the event of changes of location in such physical features the boundary shall be construed as moving with the actual center line.
   (f)   Boundaries indicated as parallel to the extension of features indicated in Section 1149.04 subsections (a) through (e) of this Zoning Ordinance shall be so construed.  Distances not specifically indicated on the Official Zoning Map shall be determined by the scale said map.
   (g)   Where physical or cultural features existing on the ground are at variance with those on the Official Zoning Map, or in other circumstances not covered by Section 1149.04 Subsections (a) through (e) of this Zoning Ordinance, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall interpret the district boundaries.
