1329.15  REGISTRATION OF RENTAL UNITS OR DWELLINGS.
   (a)   On or before July 1, 1990, every owner, operator, agent, mortgagor, or person in charge shall have listed with the Mayor's office and Building Inspector, all properties under his ownership, care, or control.  Failure to comply with this chapter shall be a violation Section 1329.14.
   (b)   Each property or dwelling must be listed separately.
   (c)   The registration of each property shall include the following information:
      (1)   The address and apartment number (if applicable);
      (2)   The owners name and his address;
      (3)   The agent or person in charge (if other than the owner) address;
      (4)   The complete name of the present adult occupants.
   (d)   After July 1, 1990, if a property or dwelling is to become a rental, it must be registered with the Mayor's office and the Building Inspector.  It can not be rented until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued.
