A hillside area as referred to herein is defined as one with an average slope of fifteen percent (15%) or more. This chapter applies to all hillside areas with an added limitation that areas with a slope of forty percent (40%) or greater are considered extremely ragged and development shall be limited to lots of two acres or more, and shall require the approval of the Planning Commission. (Ord. 1389. Passed 1-10-80.)
