183.07 SEVERABILITY.
   If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter is, for any reason, held to be invalid or unconstitutional by decision of a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of any other section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase, or portion thereof. Council hereby declares that it would have passed this chapter and each section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses, phrases or portion thereof may be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
