(a) Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of Council shall be held as provided by Charter on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month in Council Chambers or at such other location determined and publicized by Council. Such meeting shall commence promptly at 7:30 p.m.
(b) Special Meetings: The Mayor or any three (3) members of Council may convene a special meeting of Council in accordance with 3.07(B) of the Charter.
