103.01 SEAL.

(a) The Seal of the Clerk of the Municipality shall be one and three-fourths inches in diameter and shall be surrounded by the words "City of Twinsburg, Twinsburg, Ohio".

(b) The seal of the Clerk is designated as the seal of the Municipality. An impression of the seal shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders, certificates and all other documents requiring authentication.
