The Department of Parks and Recreation shall administer and promote the City of Twinsburg's public parks and recreation facilities and shall provide for the added enjoyment of life through recreation. The Department of Parks and Recreation shall consist of a Director of Parks and Recreation who shall be appointed by the Mayor. The duties of the Director of Parks and Recreation shall include: knowledge of municipal park and recreation operations, budgetary and supervision skills. (Amended November 2, 2004; November 4, 2014)
