SECTION 2.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

The representative branch shall consist of a Council elected by the voters of the City which shall possess the legislative powers specified in this Charter. The voters of the City shall also elect a Mayor who shall be the chief executive officer of the City. The City shall have only such other officers as are provided for in this Charter or in ordinances enacted hereunder.
