(a) The City shall not approve wireless support structure-mounted small cell equipment unless the applicant shows that it cannot be feasibly placed on the ground or in an underground vault. When wireless support-mounted equipment is either permitted or required, the equipment associated with the facility, other than the antenna, electric meter and disconnect switch, must be concealed within a single shroud or cabinet.
(b) All above ground wires, cables and connections associated with collocation on a wireless support structure must have encased cable connections.
(c) No protrusions from the outer circumference of the existing structure or pole shall be more than two feet and shall not obstruct an existing or planned sidewalk or trail.
(d) Equipment cabinets shall be oriented to minimize visual impacts.
(e) Equipment cabinets and associated components must be non-reflective and painted, wrapped or otherwise colored to match the wireless support structure.
(f) Collocated equipment shall not interfere with the primary purpose of a wireless support structure.
(g) Collocations on all City-owned poles shall have an industry standard pole load analysis completed, sealed and signed by a Professional Engineer licensed and registered in the State of Ohio indicating the proposed collocation will be safely supported.
