771.08 TRANSFER OF SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMIT NOT PERMITTED.

(a) No permit under this chapter shall be transferable to another individual, corporation, firm, partnership, association, organization or other group acting as a unit.

(b) No permit under this chapter shall be transferable to another short-term rental operation. (Ord. 83-2019. Passed 10-8-19.)
